Our chef specialises in gourmet dining, with a penchant for fish dishes. Every day, Thierry Moyne visits suppliers to find fresh produce and inspiration. He serves a selection of traditional dishes alongside his own personal creations. Depending on the season, Maurienne lamb, fera fish, bass, sole, sea bream, Beaufort and goat's cheese all feature on the menu... He also visits local vineyards in search of wines to add to his cellar. Enjoy all of the above in the elegant panoramic dining room or on the terrace facing the mountains on a sunny day.
